The Blogger and his Dreams

Oh humble readers of this, my dearest blog,

This piece of spam was the sort which made me chuckle about how much I wished it were true.

“Hi just came upon your website via Yahoo after I entered in, “9:18pm: A Little Later to Blog – Unintended Grumblings” or something similar (can’t quite remember exactly). In any case, I’m happy I found it simply because your subject material is exactly what I’m searching for (writing a university paper) and I hope you don’t mind if I gather some information from here and I will of course credit you as the source. Thanks for your time.”

How lovely, my good readers,

Until more words fall from my idiotic fingers,

Farewell,
Mike

My magnificent and most ingenious of readers,

In this most auspicious hour I offer you my gladdest rays of funny coloured hydrogen shaped wishes, by which I mean, of course, it is yet again time for another post upon this fine blog! At this very moment I find myself traversing back through this good country toward Essex and that good place which is still almost my home.

This most unique of moments reminds of the time when Trevor, a fellow of that fine coffee shop in Oxford, had his wings shaved because, as a pig, he was very embarrised to have them. Much of my time spent in captivity in the Liverpool delta was spent enjoying his amusing anacdotes about how he had come by such articles of flight. They were very entertaining indeed.

It seems now, as I draw closer to my goal of this trip, that I must say adieu and wish you the best for the coming holiday.

For now, fine readers,

Fare-est of wells,
Mike
